Licenses

In the Configuration > Settings > System > Licences tab screen, you can determine how many of your licenses a subcontractor LSP can use. In the Licenses section, you can reserve a specific number of licenses for your own users. A separate section will show a table with a list of all your LSP subcontractors.

You can specify that the LSP:

  • can use all your available licenses.

  • can use up to a stated number of licenses.

  • must use their own licenses before using your license.

When working on tasks that you assign them, a subcontractor LSP can:

  • purchase an XTM Cloud subscription and use their own licenses.

  • sign up for a free account and use your license.

  • use a combination of their own license and your licenses.
