Editing a new rate card for an LSP
Important
New rate cards are a Beta feature.
Details that you enter in the Users > LSP Editor > New rate cards tab screen have no influence on the LSP's existing rate cards (managed in the Users > LSP Editor > Rate cards tab screen). In the Beta program, it is not possible to transfer the current rate card data to New rate cards. Seamless data transfer between the current and new rate cards will be supported after the Beta tests are completed and new rate cards are implemented.
New rate cards have no influence on the current project costs (managed in the Projects > Project Editor > Estimates > Costs tab screen). They only influence new costs, in projects (managed in the Projects > Project Editor > Estimates > New costs tab screen).
You can edit both active and deactivated rate cards. You can change all settings for an existing rate card. However, you cannot change the Rate card name to the same name as another active rate card. Also, you cannot change the Subject matter and Language combinations setting to be the same as for another active rate card. To update a rate card so that it has the same subject matter and the same language combinations as another rate card, first deactivate the original rate card. For details, see Deactivating a new rate card for an LSP.
Select Users > LSPs.
Search for the relevant LSP. You can use the search box and the Active and All buttons to help you find them, in the LSP list.
Use the left mouse key to select the relevant LSP's row.
Result: the relevant LSP is displayed in the LSP Editor screen.
In the left-hand side pane of the LSP Editor screen, select New rate cards.
In the Users > LSP Editor > New rate cards tab screen, find the rate card that you want to edit.
In the relevant rate card's row, select the context menu icon
on the right-hand side of the screen. Then, from the menu, select Edit.
Alternatively, use the left mouse key to select the relevant rate card's row.
Result: the Edit rate card popup is displayed.
In the Edit rate card popup, enter or change the relevant information:

Language modifiers section
Fixed price per language
Specify a value that will be the relevant LSP's fixed price for all tasks in the relevant language combination, in a project.
During project cost generation, the Fixed price per language value will be added to the LSP's actual charge for all tasks in the relevant language. This actual charge for all tasks in the relevant language is the total calculated cost for all workflow steps to which the relevant LSP has been assigned. Cost calculation per workflow step results from multiplying the values entered in the Matching section by the project's word count.

Value is expressed in the LSP's currency.
Management fee
Specify a value that will be the relevant LSP's management fee for all tasks in the relevant language combination, in a project.
The Management fee value is a percentage of the LSP's actual charge for all tasks in the relevant language and, during project cost generation, it will be added to this charge. This actual charge for all tasks in the relevant language is the total calculated cost for all workflow steps to which the relevant LSP has been assigned. Cost calculation per workflow step results from multiplying the values entered in the Matching section by the project's word count.
Optional

Minimum charge per language
Specify a value that will be used as the relevant LSP's minimum charge for all tasks in the relevant language combination, in a project.
During project cost generation, the Minimum charge per language value will be compared with the LSP's actual charge for all tasks in the relevant language. This actual charge for all tasks in the relevant language is the total calculated cost for all workflow steps to which the relevant LSP has been assigned. Cost calculation per workflow step results from multiplying the values entered in the Matching section by the project's word count.
If the LSP's actual charge per all tasks in the relevant language pair is lower than the entered Minimum charge per language, the Minimum charge per language value will be used.
If the LSP's actual charge per all tasks in the relevant language pair is higher than the entered Minimum charge per language, the actual charge will be used.
