XTM Cloud BI Dashboards account creation rules
Once you have provided the XTM Sales department with all required information (for details, see Getting started), XTM Support will set up your XTM Cloud BI Dashboards account. To do so, they will create a dedicated user in your XTM Cloud instance that will act as a one-way connector between your XTM Cloud instance and the XTM Cloud BI Dashboards instance. This dedicated user will have a specific name indicating its purpose. The user will have a Product Manager role and access via Only API. As a Project Manager, this user can potentially generate, download, upload and delete project files, and edit or even delete projects. They also have access to all confidential customers by default. However, your XTM Cloud Administrator can limit their access to selected confidential customers, or deny them access to any confidential customers in your XTM Cloud instance.
This dedicated user will be deleted by the XTM Support team, at your request. For example, this could be when you decide to stop using XTM Cloud BI Dashboards.
