Viewing applied filters
Data that you see in all charts and tables is based on the filter settings, in the relevant dashboard. So, it is very useful to know which filters are currently active and what values have been selected for them. Instead of checking each filter separately, you can view all filter values that impact your displayed data.
You can check filter settings for:
the relevant chart (for details, see Additional actions for charts).
the relevant table (for details, see Additional actions for tables).
the entire dashboard page. To do so, follow the procedure below.
In the top right-hand corner of the screen, select the More options icon
.
From the menu, select the View applied filters option.
Result: on the right-hand side of the screen, you see the Applied filters pane. In it, all the filters that you have selected are displayed. By default, you see filters that are currently being applied on the relevant dashboard page. To see this information for the relevant component, select the caret down icon
next to the This page button. Then, from the dropdown, select By component. Finally, select the required component.
If required, you can reset all applied filters and additional settings, on the relevant dashboard page. For details, see Resetting filters and additional selections in a dashboard).
