Productivity dashboard features

Note

For the best user experience, we recommend that you use XTM Cloud version 13.6 or higher.

In the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard, in the top right-hand corner of the screen, you see the Earliest data collection date and the Latest data collection date fields. They show the actual range of dates from which the data displayed in the dashboard is taken (compared to the date range that you select in the date range filter).

In the Productivity dashboard, you can:

  • see the following job and step data at the top of the screen:

    • Total Jobs: the number of jobs.

    • Total Steps: the number of steps.

    • Source Languages: the number of unique source languages used.

    • Target Languages: the number of unique target languages used.

    • Jobs Overdue: the number of jobs after the due date.

    • Steps Overdue: the number of steps after the due date.

    • Jobs: a pie chart with job categorization by status.

    • Steps: a pie chart with step categorization by status.

    When you hover over the relevant job and step data, you see the View applied filters icon bars_filter_blue.svg above it. When you select this icon, you see the Applied filters pane on the right-hand side of the screen. In it, all filters that you have selected are displayed.

  • use these filters below the job and step data to display data from the relevant projects, according to the filter criteria you set:

    Some filters are only available in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard. Also, filters are listed in a different sequence in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard and the XTM Cloud Standard BI Dashboard.

    • Project Name.

    • Customer.

    • PM.

    • Job Status.

    • Source language.

    • Date range: the date range in which projects have been created.

    • Filename.

    • User.

    • Project Activity.

    • Project Status.

    • Target language.

    • Custom Field: the name of the custom field, as set in XTM Cloud.

    • Value: the relevant custom field's value, as selected in XTM Cloud.

    • Step Status: this filter is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

    • Step Overdue: this filter is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

    • Project Overdue: this filter is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

    • Job Overdue: this filter is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

  • use the following tables in the center of the screen:

    When you hover over a table, you can see additional options above it. For details, see Additional actions for tables.

    • Days left until the due date: shows how many days are left until the due date (including weekends). The details are shown in the following tables:

      • Jobs table contains these details:

        • Project name.

        • Days left before project due date: this column is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

        • File name.

        • Source language.

        • Target language.

        • Project status: this column is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

        • Job status: this column is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

        • Days left / Days left before job due date: this column has a different name in the XTM Cloud Standard BI Dashboard and the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

      • Steps table contains these details:

        • Project name.

        • Customer.

        • File name.

        • Source language.

        • Target language.

        • Step.

        • User.

        • Project status: this column is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

        • Step status: this column is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

        • Days left / Days left before step due date: this column is called differently in the XTM Cloud Standard BI Dashboard and the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

    • Punctuality table contains these details:

      • User: the name of the relevant user.

      • Punctuality: shows how many tasks a Linguist has delivered before the deadline, as a percentage.

      • AVG days to delivery margin: this column is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard. It shows the average difference between a workflow step's due date and its actual completion date. The value is expressed in days. A positive number, e.g. 0.88, means that, on average, in the projects returned by the relevant filter(s), the relevant user finished their workflow step 0.88 days before their deadline. A negative number, e.g. -0.50, means that, on average, in the projects returned by the relevant filter(s), the relevant user finished their workflow step -0.50 days after their deadline.

      Note

      The Punctuality table only shows data added after the XTM Cloud Business Intelligence Dashboard deployment.

  • use the charts at the bottom of the screen, which are listed below, after two notes that apply for them:

    When you hover over a chart, you can see additional options above it. For details, see Additional actions for charts.

    • AVG EDC per language pair: this chart is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard. It shows the average EDC score for all relevant language pairs, expressed as a value ranging from 0 to 1.

      Important

      This chart requires the use of XTM Cloud version 13.8 or higher.

    • Jobs per PM: the number of jobs per Project Manager.

    • Jobs per Customer: the number of jobs per Customer.

    • Tasks per Assignee: the number of tasks per Assignee, grouped by status.

    • Remaining WWC per user and day table: shows how many weighted words (WWC) a specific Linguist still needs to translate each business day (Monday to Friday), within the time range selected in the filter above the table, to meet the deadline for a specific step. The remaining WWC is calculated by deducting the relevant user's statistics for steps that are in progress from the project metrics.

      Note

      You will not be able to see the past-due data (once the due date has passed, the data is not displayed).

      You can use the following filters:

      • Target Language.

      • User.

      • Date Range.
