Presenting a dashboard
Filter settings and any additional settings and selections that you make for charts (for details, see Additional actions for charts) and tables (for details, see Additional actions for charts) in a dashboard, are only visible to you. Other users in your XTM Cloud Business Intelligence Dashboard instance can make their own settings. So, to inform other users about important trends and other findings that you have discovered, you can share your dashboard view with them. There are many ways to do so. One of them is to present the report in full-screen mode, for example during a meeting. To do so, follow the procedure below. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, select the More options icon
.From the menu, select the Present option.
Result: the relevant dashboard page is displayed in full-screen mode. You can now present it, for example, during a meeting.
