Metrics dashboard features

In the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard, in the top right-hand corner of the screen, you see the Earliest data collection date and the Latest data collection date fields. They show the actual range of dates from which the data displayed in the dashboard is taken (compared to the date range that you select in the date range filter).

In the Metrics dashboard, you can:

  • use these filters at the top of the screen to display data from the relevant projects, according to the filter criteria you set:

    • Date range: the date range in which projects have been created.

    • Project Name.

    • Customer.

    • PM.

    • Job Status.

    • Project Status.

    • Project Activity.

    • MT/Non-MT projects.

    • Custom Field: the name of the custom field, as set in XTM Cloud.

    • Value: the relevant custom field's value, as selected in XTM Cloud.

  • use the Metrics breakdown table below the filters. It contains metrics grouped by specific match type.

    When you hover over a table, you can see additional options above it. For details, see Additional actions for tables.

    Use the Drill up from... to... arrow_up_blue.svg and Drill down from... to... arrow_down_blue.svg icons above the table, on the right-hand side to drill up and down between metric types by:

    • Project.

    • Customer.

    • Source Language.

    • Target Language.

    • Filename.

    In the table, you see these columns, for the relevant projects:

    • The metric type that you have selected.

    • Total: the total number of project words.

    • ICE: the number of ICE matches.

    • Leveraged: the number of leveraged matches.

    • Fuzzy 95-99%: the number of fuzzy 95-99% matches.

    • Fuzzy 85-94%: the number of fuzzy 85-94% matches.

    • Fuzzy 75-84%: the number of fuzzy 75-84% matches.

    • Repeat: the number of repetitions.

    • Fuzzy Repeat 95-99%: the number of 95-99% repetitions.

    • Fuzzy Repeat 85-94%: the number of 85-94% repetitions.

    • Fuzzy Repeat 75-84%: the number of 75-84% repetitions.

    • MT: the number of machine-translated words.

    • Non-translatable: the number of non-translatable words.

    • No match: the number of words that have no TM/MT match.

    • WWC: the Weighted Word Count value.

  • use the following charts at the bottom of the screen, which are listed below, after the note that applies for them:

    • Metrics per language combination: match types per language combination, shown as percentage:

      • ICE.

      • Leveraged.

      • Fuzzy 95-99%.

      • Fuzzy 85-94%.

      • Fuzzy 75-84%.

      • Repeat.

      • Fuzzy repeat 95-99%.

      • Fuzzy repeat 85-94%.

      • Fuzzy repeat 75-84%.

      • MT.

      • Non translatable.

      • No match.

    • WWC/Leverage per language combination:

      • WWC (Weighted Word Count).

      • Leverage %: all match types combined and divided by Total words.

      • Total words.

    • Leverage per Customer: shown as a percentage.

    • Leverage trends: Leverage trends, shown as a percentage. By default, the values are shown per quarter, but XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard users can change the data display level.

    • MT (words) per language combination: the number of words translated using Machine Translation, per language combination.
