KPIs dashboard features
In the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard, in the top right-hand corner of the screen, you see the Earliest data collection date and the Latest data collection date fields. They show the actual range of dates from which the data displayed in the dashboard is taken (compared to the date range that you select in the date range filter).
In the KPIs dashboard, you can:
see the following project data at the top of the screen:
# Projects: the number of projects.
Projects with MT: the number of projects with MT.
Average Projected Project Turnaround Time: the average number of days from project creation until the due date.
Average Actual Project Turnaround Time: the average number of days from project start until the project finish.
On-Time Delivery: the number of projects finished before the due date.
Late Delivery: the number of projects finished after the due date.
When you hover over the relevant project data, you see the View applied filters icon
above the project data. When you select this icon, you see the Applied filters pane on the right-hand side of the screen. In it, all the filters that you have selected are displayed.
use these filters below the project data to display data from the relevant projects, according to the filter criteria you set:
Source language.
Target language.
Status.
Activity.
Project template.
Customer.
Project Name.
Date Range: the date range in which projects have been created.
Custom Field: the name of the custom field, as set in XTM Cloud.
Value: the relevant custom field's value, as selected in XTM Cloud.
Project Overdue: this filter is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard.

Projects delivered per Customer: the number of projects finished per customer, divided into two categories: projects delivered on time and those whose deadline has been exceeded.
Projects breakdown: the number of projects by status.
Project turnaround time per Customer: the number of days for projected and actual project turnaround time (in days) per customer.
Projects by status and PM: the number of projects by status and Project Manager (statuses applicable to projects are displayed).
Project delivery trends: the number of projects delivered, grouped by late delivery or delivery on time. By default, the values are shown per quarter, but XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard users can change the data display level and also add some optional metrics.
Project turnaround time trends: projected and actual project turnaround time, shown in days. By default, the values are shown per quarter, but the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard users can change the data display level and also add some optional metrics.
WWC per Customer: Weighted Word Count per customer.
Projects per Customer: the number of projects per customer.
Projects per Target language: the number of projects per relevant target language.
Average EDC score per Target language per Customer: this chart is only displayed in the XTM Cloud Premium BI Dashboard. It shows the average EDC score per Target language and per Customer, expressed in a value ranging from 0 to 1.
