Getting started
To start using the XTM Cloud Business Intelligence Dashboard, contact XTM Sales department and:
request access to the XTM Cloud Business Intelligence Dashboard – discuss which XTM Cloud Business Intelligence Dashboard option, Standard or Premium, will be most suitable for you. Depending on the option selected, you will be granted access to the relevant XTM Cloud BI Dashboard and a link to it.
provide Client information – you must provide the following Client information to XTM Sales department:
XTM API user credentials for connecting the XTM Cloud BI Dashboard.
a list of the user emails that are to be granted access to the XTM Cloud BI Dashboard.
provide your customized WWC matrix, if you use one, to XTM Sales department.
