Troubleshooting
This topic describes what you should do if a process such as project creation fails multiple times.
Scenario
You try to perform an action in XTM Connect – Trados Studio itself.
Examples (not comprehensive):
Create project.
Upload task to XTM Cloud.
Finish task in XTM Cloud.
Upload task to XTM Cloud and finish it.
The action fails. Instead of the usual popup, which confirms that the action has been performed successfully, a popup is displayed to warn you that the action has failed.
You try to perform the action multiple times, but it always fails and you cannot find a reason for the problem.
Reporting a failed action and requesting support
To report a failed action and request support, in the warning popup, select the Contact XTM Support button. The XTM Support Portal screen is displayed in your browser. Enter details about your problem and send them to XTM Support.
Alternatively, you can go directly to XTM Support Portal, and then select the relevant product and support request type to create a support ticket.
