Fetching logs for troubleshooting
If there are any technical issues with XTM Connect – Trados Studio or the connection from Trados Studio to XTM Cloud, XTM Support might ask you to download error logs from your system, and send them for analysis.
Note
These error logs will only be for XTM Connect – Trados Studio and the connection from Trados Studio to XTM Cloud. They will not contain any confidential information about your wider system or any data stored on it.
In the main XTM tasks screen, select the Options button on the top right, above the project list Project ID column.
Select the Download logs option. A file management popup is displayed.
Select the storage location for the logs that you are about to download. A zipped package containing all available logs and database entries is generated.
Send the zipped package to XTM Support, from the selected storage location. You can supply this information to XTM Support using the Support Portal, or in another way that they suggest.

XTM Support might also ask you for other details about your system.
