Checking your XTM Connect – Trados Studio version number

To help resolve issues, XTM Support will, if necessary, ask you which version of XTM Connect – Trados Studio you are using.

Note

XTM Support might also ask you which version of Trados Studio you are using. To find this out, see Checking your Trados Studio version number.

To find out your XTM Connect – Trados Studio version number:

  1. Log in to XTM Cloud. You see the main XTM tasks screen, which contains the project list.

  2. On the right of the project list, at the top, beside the Options button, you see the version number for the copy of XTM Connect – Trados Studio that you are using.

    Note

    Unlike the Trados Studio version number, you cannot mark this version text and copy it to the Clipboard.

  3. Supply this information to XTM Support using the Support Portal, or in another way that they suggest.
