Changing or resetting a password

If you want to change your password or forget it, and need to reset it, follow these steps:

  1. In the XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management Login screen, select Forgot my password.

  2. In the Reset password screen, enter your email address in the Email field.

  3. Select Send email.

    An email will be sent to your email address from XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management, prompting you to reset your password. XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management will display a message on the screen to tell you that the email has been sent.

  4. In your email Inbox, open the email sent to you, prompting you to reset your password.

  5. In the email, select the link for resetting your password or copy and paste it into the address bar of your browser.

    You see the Change password screen in XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management.

  6. Enter your New password.

  7. In the Confirm new password field, enter your new password again.

  8. Save your new password.

    You can now log in to XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management by using your new password and selecting the Log in button.

  9. Select Log in to log in to XTM Connect – Oracle Content Management.
