Viewing a scheduled job's usage history
If required, you can view a scheduled job's usage history, and find out:
when it was started.
whether it ran without error, or not.
the result of running the scheduled job.
how long the scheduled job ran.
Log in to Optimizely.
In the main Optimizely screen, select the Settings icon
. You see the Settings screen.In the settings list on the left of the screen, scroll down until you see the Scheduled Jobs option (which is highlighted in blue text).
Select the Scheduled Jobs option. You see the Scheduled Jobs pane, in which existing scheduled jobs are listed.
In the Scheduled Jobs pane, select the scheduled job that you want to configure. A Details pane opens and you see the scheduled job's details.
To view the scheduled job's history, select the History option on the left of the screen. You see the History pane, in which the scheduled job's history is listed.
To close the History pane, select a different option in the scheduled job listing on the left of the screen, or select one of the icons to the left of those options. You leave the History pane.
Note
If the history contains a large number of entries, they will be displayed on multiple pages. If you want to see a different page, scroll to the bottom of the list and select the required page number.
