Starting a tree content synchronization manually (Optimizely 11)
Regardless of the scheduled tree content synchronization (for details, see Configuring XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization (Optimizely version 11)) you can start a tree content synchronization manually, in the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization job screen, at any time.
Log in to Optimizely.
In the top navigation bar, select the Admin tab. Then, in the left hand-side panel, select the Admin subtab. Next, in the Scheduled jobs section, select the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization option. Finally, in the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization tab screen, select Settings.
In the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization > Settings tab screen, select the Start Manually button.
Result: the tree content synchronization is started. At the top of the screen, messages informing about the start and then a success or a failure of the synchronization process are displayed.
The next scheduled tree content synchronization will be performed according to the settings made in the Settings tab.
