Reimporting translations automatically with callbacks

A callback is an automated project completion message, sent from XTM Cloud to Optimizely.

If XTM Cloud callbacks are used to reimport translations into Optimizely, from XTM Cloud, no user action is needed. You do not need to make any settings in XTM Connect – Optimizely: translated content is reimported into Optimizely automatically, once the project is finished in XTM Cloud.

Prerequisite

The Enable automatic import option must be selected in the Administrator settings, in XTM Connect – Optimizely.

Note

Callbacks can only be used to trigger the automatic reimport of translated project content. They are not used for manual reimport.

If Scheduled Jobs are configured (Enable automatic import checkbox), it is not possible to use callbacks to control reimport of existing translation jobs.
