Deleting a project in Optimizely
If required, you can delete a project in Optimizely after it has been sent to XTM Cloud for translation. You do so in the XTM Connect – Optimizely project list.
To delete an ongoing project from the project list, select the Delete button in the Actions column. This will delete the project in the Optimizely database and it will not be imported back into Optimizely, once translated in XTM Cloud.
Warning
If you select the Delete button, the project will be deleted immediately, without confirmation from you that you want to delete it. You will not be able to cancel deletion. For this reason, we recommend that you are careful about when you select the Delete button.
Note
Deleting a project in this view will not delete the project in XTM Cloud. Ensure that you inform the XTM Cloud Project manager if you want a translation request to be deleted in XTM Cloud.
