Configuring XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization (Optimizely version 11)
If you are running Optimizely version 11, follow the procedure below to configure XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization.
Log in to Optimizely.
In the main panel, in the top navigation bar, select the Admin tab. Then, in the left hand-side panel, select the Admin subtab. Next, in the Scheduled jobs section, select the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization option. Finally, in the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization screen, select the Settings tab.
In the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization > Settings screen:
Select the Active checkbox.
For the Scheduled job interval setting:
In the text field, enter the required numeric value.
In the dropdown, select the relevant frequency:
second.
minute.
hour.
day.
week.
month.
In the Next scheduled date (UTC), set the time and date of the first scheduled synchronization. Enter the required time and date in the text field.
Alternatively, select the three horizontal dots button
on the right-hand side of the text field to display a popup. In the popup, use the date and time pickers to select the required time and date. Then, select:
OK to confirm your selection.
Clear to clear the selected time and date.
Cancel to close the popup without selecting the time and date.
In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, select the Save button.
Result: your scheduled tree content synchronization has been configured and a success message is displayed at the top of the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization > Settings screen. Now you can:
check the status of your past scheduled tree content synchronizations. For details, see Checking the status of the previous tree content synchronizations.
start the synchronization manually. For details, see Starting a tree content synchronization manually (Optimizely 11).
