Checking the status of the previous tree content synchronizations
You can check the status of these previous tree content synchronizations:
Scheduled tree content synchronizations. The procedure for configuring scheduled tree content synchronizations depends on your Optimizely version:
Optimizely version 12, see Configuring XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization (Optimizely version 12).
Optimizely version 11, see Configuring XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization (Optimizely version 11).
Manually-triggered tree content synchronizations. The procedure for starting a tree content synchronization manually depends on your Optimizely version:

Log in to Optimizely.
For Optimizely version 11: in the main panel, in the top navigation bar, select the Admin tab. Then, in the left hand-side panel, select the Admin subtab. Next, in the Scheduled jobs section, select the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization option. Finally, in the XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization screen, select the History tab.
For Optimizely version 12: in the main panel, in the top navigation bar, select the Admin tab. Then, select the Scheduled jobs subtab. In the Scheduled jobs list, select XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization. Finally, in the left hand-side panel, select History.
In the History tab screen, you see a table containing these details about past tree content synchronizations:
the date and time at which the synchronization took place.
how long the synchronization process took.
status of the synchronization. The possible options are:
Succeeded.
Failed.
message about the synchronization status.
server. This information is only displayed for Optimizely version 11.
