Checking details for the next scheduled synchronization
It is only possible to check the details for the next scheduled synchronization for Optimizely version 12.
To check the details for the next scheduled synchronization:
Log in to Optimizely.
In the main panel, in the top navigation bar, select the Admin tab. Then, select the Scheduled jobs subtab. In the Scheduled jobs list, select XTM Schedule Tree Content Synchronization. Finally, in the left hand-side panel, select Details.
In the Details tab screen, you see:
the Next Run (UTC) section. – It shows when the next scheduled synchronization is due.
the Status section. – It shows the current status of the synchronization. The possible values are:
Idle. – If the synchronization has not been performed yet.
Running. – If the synchronization is currently in progress.
