XTM Cloud connection parameters

In the Add Profile screen, now specify the XTM Cloud connection parameters below the SharePoint synchronization parameters.

  1. In the XTM SETTINGS section, select Disconnected from the Connect to XTM dropdown, to display the XTM Cloud connection parameters for this profile.

  2. Enter the XTM URL. This is the URL of the XTM Cloud system on which this profile will be used.

  3. Enter the XTM Company name. This is the XTM Cloud company for which this profile will be used.

  4. Enter the XTM User. This is used to log on to the XTM Cloud system.

  5. Enter the XTM Password. This is used to log on to the XTM Cloud system.

  6. Select XTM Connect to XTM to establish a connection to XTM Cloud.

Result: once the connection to XTM Cloud is established, the Connect to XTM dropdown field changes to Connected. Additional parameters are displayed.

Now set these other XTM Cloud parameters.

If the Connect to XTM dropdown field does not change to Connected, check your settings and try again. You must connect to XTM Cloud to continue creating your profile.
