Searching for events

In the Event Log tab screen, you can search for events, to filter them. Then, you can display them via their Message text. You can then, for example, select one or more of the filtered events and export their details to MS Excel.

To search for events via their Message text:
  1. Select the Search field at the top of the screen, on the right.

  2. In the Search field, enter part of the required event Message text.

    As soon as you enter a numerical or alphanumerical string in the Search field, the event list is filtered. Only events whose Message text contains the string that you have entered are displayed as a search result.

    You do not, for example, have to select the magnifying glass icon in the Search field to trigger filtering.
