Profile identification parameters

To create a new connection profile, begin by entering or selecting the connection profile's identification details:

  1. Log in to XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive .

  2. Select the SharePoint Profiles tab. All defined profiles are listed in the SharePoint Profiles tab screen.

  3. At the top of the screen, on the left, select the Add connection profile button. The Add profile screen is displayed.

  4. Enter a unique Connection profile name. The new connection profile is generated. For details about its connection type (synchronization method), see General information.

  5. If you want this profile to be active, set it to Active (optional). If not, do not set it to Active. You can do so later, when required.

  6. In the Client assigned dropdown, select the specific client for which you are creating this profile. A profile can only be assigned to one Client. It can be modified by that Client's administrators.

Result: You have finished specifying the profile identification parameters. Now set the SharePoint connection parameters.
