Queue entry statuses

The translation queue content item statuses table present the current step in the translation workflow. You can check the progress of translation and import translated content.

Status

Explanation

New

Indicates that a new project or job has been submitted to the queue but not sent to XTM.

You can perform the following actions:

Sent

Indicates that a content item has been sent to XTM but the project has not been started in XTM.

You can perform the following actions:

In progress

Indicates that the project has reached XTM, an analysis has been performed, a workflow template has been assigned and that a project is awaiting completion in XTM.

You can perform the following actions:

To track individual workflow steps in XTM click the downward arrow angle-down-solid.png at the project, target language and job levels to check their details, such as source and target languages, customer, requester, the date project was added, due date, the current XTM workflow step, progress and project's or job's IDs.

Warning. Check for errors icon. Hover over the exclamation mark to check for possible errors:

Finished

Indicates that a content item has been translated and is ready for manual import.

Automatic import from XTM to Kontent by Kentico is constantly active in the background. However, in some cases you may have to import a content item manually. Check Manual import of finished XTM translations to the CMS section for more details.

Partially Finished

Indicates that some part of the project has been translated and is ready for manual import.

Cancelled

Indicates that a project or a job has been cancelled either by an XTM Project Manager or in Kontent by Kentico.

You can delete the translation from the translation queue.

The action you can perform when clicking the more actions menu icon depends on the entry status. You can send, cancel, delete, import an entry and add or remove languages.
