Manual import of finished XTM translations to the CMS

Once the translation project or job is completed on XTM side, it is automatically imported to Kontent by Kentico. There may be cases when you might have to import them manually, such as network connection problems or the CMS downtime. You can import a project or a job or target language level.

You can only import XTM translation projects or jobs which are in the finished status to the CMS.

To manually import finished XTM translation projects or jobs to the CMS:
  1. Log in to the XTM Connect - Kontent by Kentico with your end-user credentials.

  2. Go to Translation queue tab and find projects or jobs which you want to import.

    • To import projects:

      • If importing a single translation project, click the ellipsis-v-solid.png icon next to the selected project on the right side and select Import.

      • If importing multiple translation projects, select the checkboxes next to projects you wish to import, click Actions and select Import.

    • To import a job, click the ellipsis-v-solid.png icon next to the selected job on the right side and select Import.
