Changing due date

You can change due date of a translation when a project or a job is:

  • new

  • sent for translation

  • in progress

Note

Changing due date is available only for privileged users as defined by the XTM Connect Admin.

To change due date of a translation project or job in XTM:
  1. Log in to the XTM Connect - Kontent by Kentico with your end-user credentials.

  2. Go to Translation queue tab and find a project or a job the due date of which you want to change.

    • To change project's due date:

      • If changing due date on a project level, click the ellipsis-v-solid.png icon next to the selected project on the right side and select Change due date.

      • If changing due date on a job level, click the ellipsis-v-solid.png icon next to the selected project's job on the right side and select Change due date.

    • To change job's due date, click the ellipsis-v-solid.png icon next to the selected job on the right side and select Change due date.

  3. Click the date picker and set a new due date.

  4. Click Save.
