XTM Connect - Kontent by Kentico User Guide for Administrators

General information

The XTM Connect - Kontent by Kentico enables administrator users to:

  • manage Kontent by Kentico projects within the client:

    • add new projects with required connection to Kontent by Kentico CMS

    • update the existing Kontent by Kentico projects with changes related to assigned client, project name, available content types, elements and workflow steps, limited webhook configuration and assigned end-users

  • manage connector end-users:

    • add connector end-users settings within the client with required connection to the XTM system

    • update connector end-users settings within the client with changes related to their email, password, client, availability and XTM properties, such as: available customers and templates, limited XTM job configuration, connect to existing Kentico project, due date permissions and notification settings

    • browse all end-users and filter them by user name
