Localization settings

Creating multi-language content in HubSpot depends on the type of content.

To create multi-language blogs or landing pages, you need to add multi-language variations. Additionally, you need to create a multi-language variation for each blog post you want to translate.

To create multi-language forms, Add language variation to a form.

Translating emails doesn't require setting up additional language variation. Translated email is imported with the language code added at the end of the form title. Check Importing content.

  • In HubSpot, go to Settings cog-solid.png > Website > Blog > [Select a blog to modify] > Language > open dropdown angle-down-solid.png > Scroll to Add/edit multi-language variations > Save.

  1. In HubSpot, go to Marketing > Website > Blog.

  2. Select the required blog post.

  3. Open More > Create multi-language variation.

  4. In the popup, select the required language from the dropdown.

  5. Select Create.

Note

Create a multi-language variation for each blog post you need to translate.

To translate a form, add language variation in HubSpot first by following these steps:

Add language variation to a form
  1. Go to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms > Select the required form.

  2. Go to Actions > Create translation.

  3. Enter the required data in the popup.

After these steps, you can send the form for translation from the XTM Connect -HubSpot. Check Translation workflow.
