Viewing a content item's details

If required, you can view a content item's details in the Content screen. Each content item is listed there, so it is easy to look at several items and compare their details.

Columns containing the following details are displayed for each content item:

Column header

Description

TITLE

Content item name.

CONTENT TYPE

Content item type. The content types available in a specific Drupal website are defined in the website plugin configuration.

AUTHOR

Person who created the content item.

STATUS

A content item can have one of two statuses:

  • Unpublished: the content item has been created but has not yet been released, so it is not yet visible on the local website.

  • Published: the content item has been created and released, so it is visible on the website.

Note

The STATUS shown here is not related to an item's PROGRESS (translation status) when it is sent for translation. Both Unpublished and Published content items can be sent for translation.

UPDATED

Shows the last date and time on which changes were made to the content item. This is important because changes to a content item can trigger automatic translation, if that is configured in your Drupal website.
