Sorting lists in Drupal screens and tab screens
In Drupal screens and tab screens, you can sort the details for list entries such as content items or jobs in different ways. Sorting does not change any content or the priorities of the entries in lists you see.
To sort the entries in a list by a particular column, click on its column heading.
Click once to sort in ascending order (the arrow by the column heading points up, to indicate sorting in ascending order).
Click once more to sort in descending order (the arrow by the column heading points down, to indicate sorting in descending order).
