Sending a job for translation in XTM Cloud
In Drupal, "sending a job for translation" is called "submitting" it.
Note
You can only send a job for translation if its status is Unprocessed.
You cannot manually send multiple jobs, or all jobs, for translation at the same time. However, if automatic project transmission has been configured, all unsent jobs will be sent for translation automatically at the time interval set for cron jobs in the Administration settings.
In the Job overview screen, in the Jobs tab, find the translation job that you want to send for translation. If a large number of translation jobs are listed in the Job overview screen, you can filter them to find the one that is relevant to you. (Search for jobs whose status, shown in the PROGRESS column, is Unprocessed.) On the right of the screen, you see the OPERATIONS column.
In the OPERATIONS column, at the end of the line that contains the translation job's details, on the right, select the action button. If the button label is not Submit, ensure that you have selected a job whose status is Unprocessed, for translation.
When you select the Submit button, a separate screen is displayed in which you are prompted to confirm that you want to submit the selected translation job. If you do so, this action cannot be undone.
To delete the selected job, select the Delete button. You return to the Job overview screen. A screen message confirms that you have deleted the job and it is no longer displayed in the Job overview list.
To cancel deletion, select the Cancel button. You return to the Job overview screen. There is no screen message or other notification to confirm that you have not deleted the job, but it is still displayed in the Job overview list, with the same status (in the PROGRESS column) as before.
