Resetting a password
In Drupal, you can reset your password, which means that you will be sent instructions for selecting a new password by email (see the procedure below). Alternatively, you can change your password, which means simply defining a new one, in Drupal itself.
At the top of any Drupal screen, on the left, select the user icon, beside the Shortcuts button, in the tool bar. You see the Edit profile button label below it.
Select the Edit profile button label. You see the Edit tab screen.
In the Email address field, enter the email address to which you want the notification about resetting your password to be sent.
In the description under the Current password field, on the right, select Reset your password.
Scroll down in that screen until you see the RESET YOUR PASSWORD section.
To request password reset instructions, select the SUBMIT button. A notification message about resetting your password is sent to the email address you specified in the Email address field.
At the top of the screen, on the left, select the user icon, beside the Shortcuts button, in the tool bar (if it is not currently selected). You see the Log out button label below it.
Select the Log out button label. You log out of XTM Connect – Drupal and return to the XTM Connect – Drupal splash screen.
In your usual email program, find the notification message about resetting your password.
Open the message and click on the "reset" link.
Follow the instructions on screen to reset your password.
