Filtering translation jobs by different criteria

If a large number of translation jobs are listed in the Jobs screen, you can filter them to find the ones that are relevant to you.

To filter the translation jobs listed in the Jobs screen:
  1. Using the State dropdown, specify that job items with a specific state are to be displayed. Select one of these settings (for example):

    • Any to display all job items, no matter what their state is. (Default setting).

    • Open jobs to only display jobs that are still open (not yet sent for translation).

    • Unprocessed to only display jobs that have been sent for translation, but are not yet being translated.

    • Items – In progress to only display job items that are currently being processed.

    • Items – Needs review to only display job items that need to be reviewed.

    • Rejected to only display job items whose translations have been accepted.

    • Aborted to only display content items that have been canceled.

    • Finished to only display content items that are translated and have been returned to Drupal.

    • Continuous to only display content items that are in a continuous project.

  2. Using the Source language dropdown, specify that job items with a specific source language are to be displayed. The languages displayed are Drupal system languages, set in the configuration for your Drupal website. Select one of these settings (for example):

    • Any to display all job items, no matter what their source language is. (Default setting).

    • Site's default language to only display content items whose source language matches the website's source language.

    • Interface text language selected for page to only display job items whose source language matches the interface text language selected for the page that contains them.

    • A Drupal system language displayed in the dropdown list.

  3. Using the Target Language dropdown, specify that job items in a specific target language are to be displayed. The languages displayed are Drupal system languages, set in the configuration for your Drupal website. The settings are the same as those described in the previous step.

  4. Using the Provider dropdown, specify that only jobs for a specific translation provider are to be displayed. Select one of these settings:

    • Any to display all job items, no matter what their job type is. (Default setting).

    • [Provider name]: select the appropriate provider name from the list to only display jobs for that provider.

  5. When you have set the filter criteria you require, select the Apply button under the filter dropdowns. The jobs list is filtered and only jobs that are relevant to you are displayed.

You can now find the relevant translation jobs and use them as if required.

For details, see Jobs tab screen actions.
