Deleting one or more content items
If required, you can delete a single content item or a small number of content items directly in the Content screen. The largest number of content items that you can delete at once is limited by the number of items shown on screen.
Select the checkbox to the left of the content item name, which is listed in the TITLE column.
At the end of the item row, on the right, select the down arrow on the button in the OPERATIONS column.
In the dropdown, select Delete. The Delete tab screen is displayed and a message warns you that, if you delete the item, this cannot be undone.
To confirm that you want to delete the item, select the Delete button. You return to the Content screen, where your content item is no longer listed. A screen message above the +Add content button confirms that your item has been deleted.
To cancel deletion, select the Cancel button. You return to the Content screen, where your content item is still listed.
For each content item that you want to delete, select the checkbox to the left of the content item's name, which is listed in the TITLE column.
Check that the action selected in the Action dropdown, above the content items list, is Delete content (default action). If not, select Delete content from the Action dropdown.
Select the Apply to selected items button to delete the selected content items. The Are you sure you want to delete these content items? screen is displayed. The content items you have selected are listed in it.
To confirm that you want to delete the selected items, select the Delete button. You return to the Content screen, where your content items are no longer listed. A screen message above the +Add content button confirms how many items have been deleted.
To cancel deletion, select the Cancel button. You return to the Content screen, where your content items are still listed.
Select the checkbox to the left of the TITLE column header label. The checkbox for every content item listed in the current Content screen is selected.
Check that the action selected in the Action dropdown, above the content items list, is Delete content (default action). If not, select Delete content from the Action dropdown.
